ANADARKO, OK — On Friday, June 18, 2021, Gold River Casino employee Melanie Medrano was talking with a patron in the Lenape Grill when the patron started to choke on their food. Melanie was able to stay calm, think fast and start assisting the patron by performing the Heimlich Maneuver, helping the patron to expel what they were choking on. We at Lenape Ent, LLC, Gold River Casino and Oklahoma Casino would like to show how proud we are to have Melanie Medrano on our team! So we would like to give her a great big shout-out to let her know she is AWESOME!
