Delaware Nation Election Committee Unofficial Tally of November 20, 2021 RAED Election

Delaware Nation Tribal Members:

On November 20, 2021 a special election was conducted for the Revenue Allocations Economic Development Plan (RAED) percentages as  follows

• 34% Per Capita Payment to all eligible tribal citizens
• 18% Tribal Government Operations/Administration
• 18% Social Services, Higher Education, Vocational Training, and Prescription Assistance Program for the Nations eligible citizens
• 15% Elder Care for eligible citizens at least 60 years of age
• 10% Rainy–Day Fund to be utilized for budget shortfalls and/or a building fund
• 5% Natural Disaster Fund with approved guidelines, with a cap of $5,000 per tribal household. Should a balance of 1 million ($1,000,000) be accumulated, any overage shall be divided with 50% to Social Services (5.1c) and 50% to Elder Care

NO Live-6 Absentee–13 TOTAL=19
