You must have a copy of your tribal enrollment card and fill out a small survey.
If picking up for an elder, you will be limited to picking up for no more than 2.
You must have a copy of the enrollment verification for the elder(s) you are picking up for and submit a completed survey by the elder.
This is a first come first serve event. No holds and no deliveries.
Please pick it up at Administration on Aging building.
