Broadband Introductory Computer and Software Education Assistance

• This program is for Delaware Nation enrolled citizens to obtain beginner level computer and software classes provided through a vocational school, community college or other accredited education institution.
• Financial assistance can be provided to each adult Delaware Nation enrolled citizen for up to $300 per course and up to 3 courses per citizen maximum
• All course costs are paid to the school or facility.
• This program operates on a first come, first served basis depending on availability of funds.
• This program does not cover the cost of tuition for part-time or full-time college course loads.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:
The following documents must be complete and submitted with this application. If you fail to secure these documents, your application will be placed on pending status.

• A course description, including course content, course cost and course dates, as provided by the facility providing the course.
• For reimbursements, a receipt showing proof of payment for a specified course from the facility.
• This application completed and signed, including Self-Certification statements check marked and submitted to Grants Coordinator
• Copy of applicant’s Delaware Nation enrollment card or letter
• W9 tax form for facility providing course

Application must be submitted 30 days prior to start date.

NTIA BROADBAND HOTSPOT AND MOBILE DATA SUBSIDY

To subsidize internet hotspot or mobile data for approximately 150 Delaware Nation households up to the 100% medium income level for two years.

A $65 monthly payment to Tribal households will be dispersed in a 6-month payment. With validation of 3 months of paid hotspot or mobile data bills, an additional 18-month payment can be issued to the same household.

Applicant can’t have received Delaware Nation Broadband Home Internet Subsidy Assistance to qualify for this program.
