The Board of Directors is responsible for the overall governance of the organization & works directly with company executives. The Board also works with the Executive Committee of the Delaware Nation (the owners).

Board members must

  • Be at least 25 years of age
  • Posses a college degree or significant equivalent relevant business experience
  • Have no felony convictions
  • Have no criminal convictions involving moral turpitude
  • Have no criminal convictions, whether misdemeanor or felony, that involve or relate to tribal affairs
  • Be able obtain top secret security clearance
