The Human Resources Department provides a full range of human resources services for employees of the Delaware Nation.

Activities include recruitment, compensation and classification, benefits administration, consulting with administration and the Executive Committee regarding employee issues, compliance with applicable employment laws, and other activities designed to enhance workplace fairness and the ability to attract and retain quality employees.

It is the primary goal of the Delaware Nation Human Resources Department to recruit and hire qualified tribal members and Native American individuals based upon the current needs of the tribe.
