Code for America, in collaboration with the White House and the U.S. Department of Treasury, have coordinated a national outreach campaign to help families in need get the tax benefits available to them. Families are eligible for thousands of dollars. A low income family of four, who didn’t file last year, could get nearly $20,000 in tax benefits – but only if you file a return.
