Delaware Nation received the above Order on May 9, 2022.  The Executive Committee met on Tuesday, May 10, 2022 to discuss timelines, programs and to make plans for Per Capita Distribution of these funds. 

Timeline:

  • Appeal Period, 15 days from date of Order May 24, 2022

If the Order is not appealed:

  • Pursuant to the RAED Plan, Per Capita Distribution in 45 days June 23, 2022
