New Citizenship Ordinance Available

The Delaware Nation Executive Committee, the governing body of the Tribe, hereby enacts this Citizenship Ordinance pursuant to the authority contained in Article III, Section 5 of the Constitution of the Delaware Nation. This Ordinance shall constitute the Executive Committee’s rules and regulations concerning Delaware Nation citizenship.
