It is Delaware Nation’s policy for checks issued and have not been cashed within a 90-day aging or threshold period, that the outstanding checks be considered a stale-dated check and will be voided. We recommend, if you have been issued a check by the Delaware Nation, that you deposit or cash your check in a timely manner. Checks requiring to be voided due to the 90-day outstanding check policy may be reissued and you will need to contact the Delaware Nation. Please note that any check reissued can take up to 30 days to process.
