Attention Tribal Elders 60 Years & Older: Delaware Nation introduces the Revenue Allocation Economic Development (RAED) Elder Care Program, a program provided by Summit. The RAED Elder Care Programs will distribute Delaware Nation health benefit cards by mail. Each card will have $7,686.12 available to elders for the medical expenses listed below. Any remaining balance available on March 31, 2023, will roll over to your next year’s account.
