As of November 29, 2021, at 3:25 PM a protest has been filed with The Delaware Nation Election Committee regarding the unofficial results of the November 20, 2021 referendum election. The Delaware Nation Election committee will continue to update Delaware Nation citizens once the protest has been reviewed and a decision has been made.
